Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, username, password hash (managed by Supabase Auth).
• Forum content: threads, replies, votes, and timestamps you create.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, basic request logs (kept for security and abuse prevention).
• OAuth providers: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile info.

2. How we use it

• Operate the forum and let other users see what you post.
• Authenticate sessions and recover accounts.
• Detect and prevent abuse.
• Display moderator and Arb Pro badges (the latter by joining your account against the shared Arb Terminal subscription record).

We do not sell your data. We do not run ad networks on this site.

3. Processors

We share data only with services required to run the site:

• Supabase — auth, database, and storage.
• Vercel — hosting and CDN.
• Google — OAuth sign-in (only if you use it).

4. Relationship to Arb Terminal

socialarb and Arb Terminal share an account system. If you have an Arb Terminal account, the same email and password work here. Posts you make on socialarb are visible publicly under your username; they are not shown inside the Arb Terminal app.

5. Your rights

You can edit your profile, delete individual posts, or delete your account at any time. Email support@arbterminal.io for account deletion or data export requests. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Forum content is retained as long as the site operates. Account data is retained until you delete the account. Request logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

7. Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
